  • Professional Event Coverage: Candid photographs of attendees, speakers, presentations, interactions, and important moments, with requested group photographs when appropriate.
  • Same-Day Image Delivery: Receive your event photographs on an included SD memory card at the conclusion of your scheduled coverage, following verification of the files.
  • Full-Resolution JPEG Photographs: Receive the original, unedited JPEG images captured during your event, including unculled photographs.
  • Organizational Usage Rights: Use your photographs for company websites, social media, newsletters, internal communications, and promotional materials, subject to the service agreement.
  • No Additional Image Purchases: Your event photographs are included in your package. No print purchases or gallery fees are required.
