Memories In Stills provides photography for conferences, company celebrations, employee appreciation events, networking gatherings, award ceremonies, business meetings, presentations, and other professional events. My approach focuses on documenting the people, atmosphere, activities, and important moments of your event.

I specialize in natural, candid event coverage with minimal interruption. This includes capturing speakers, presentations, guest interactions, audience reactions, and meaningful moments as they unfold. My goal is to document your event professionally without unnecessarily disrupting the experience.

Corporate event photography starts at $400 for one hour. Two-hour coverage is $750, and four-hour coverage is $1,400. Extended events, full-day assignments, and multi-day conferences are available by custom quote. Any applicable travel expenses will be discussed before booking.

At the conclusion of the event, you'll receive an SD card containing the original, full-resolution JPEG photographs captured during your coverage. This provides convenient access to your images without waiting for a traditional edited online gallery. I also retain a backup copy of the photographs.

Corporate event coverage is designed for direct delivery of original, in-camera JPEG photographs. Individual retouching, extensive editing, and curated online galleries are not included in the standard corporate packages.

Corporate event photographs are intended for the client's authorized business use, subject to the terms of the photography agreement. This may include company communications, websites, social media, and event-related promotional materials. Any special licensing or usage requirements should be discussed before booking.

Yes. Coverage can include speakers, presentations, audience reactions, networking activities, award presentations, and candid interactions. If certain moments or individuals are especially important, please identify them before the event so I can plan coverage accordingly.

Yes, provided the venue permits professional photography. The client is responsible for obtaining necessary permissions, credentials, and access arrangements. We'll discuss any restrictions or special requirements before the event.

Yes. Memories In Stills is based in Loves Park, Illinois, and serves Rockford, Madison, and surrounding Northern Illinois and Southern Wisconsin communities. Assignments in Chicago and other locations may also be considered, with travel arrangements and any applicable fees discussed in advance.
